Aims
Psychology is currently only offered as an A level subject so we aim to introduce students to this new subject in an interesting and accessible way.
The course covers areas in the main branches of Psychology such as social, cognitive and developmental psychology.
The dedicated teaching staff aim for pupils to reach the grades they are capable of in either AS or A2, but also for the students to enjoy the subject and find it interesting on a personal level. An increasing number of pupils are taking Psychology as a degree subject following completing this course.
